Hot Springs

As if the scenery and opportunities for climbing were not enough, Ouray has a multitude of natural hot springs where you can soak your aching muscles after taking one too many burns on the latest mixed climb. Ouray is world class for ice, but the chance to relax under the stars, or even in a cave, in hot geothermal pools makes it truly unique!

The town’s Hot Springs Pool boasts an Olympic sized hot spring pool built in 1927 by volunteer miners. Divided into sub-pools of various temperatures, it also boasts a fitness center.
